17:45: Our keynote from Sammy Mahdi, Belgian Secretary of State for Asylum and Migration will highlight the many assets that Belgium possess when it comes to accommodating UK businesses in the context of immigration, employment and social security.

18:00: In three breakout room sessions, we will explain the practical procedures of growing or moving a workforce to Belgium and the EU, including:

• IMMIGRATION: An immigration expert will guide you through the process of moving yourself, your business or your employees to Belgium.

• SOCIAL SECURITY & REMUNERATION: Employment and HR specialists will guide you through monetary elements of operating an employee workforce in Belgium.

• EMPLOYMENT LAW: Specialist employment lawyers will take you through the basis of Belgium’s employment law.

18:30: All sessions will be followed by an interactive Q&A session, where you can directly ask questions to experts.
