Brussels is the second most cosmopolitan city in the world , after Dubai. In the diversity of languages and origins overlap the range of levels of training and a population that rejuvenates. This diversity is one of the keys to the resilience of companies ,  because it prepares them to better face the challenges of the future. Despite everything, the figures prove that diversity in the workplace is not yet a given. Why ? And how do you change things ?
