We are delighted to announce the launch of the BLCC Member Portal. This is our secure online platform, designed to provide you with easy access to the information we hold for your company, including your mail that arrives at our address.
What You Can Do in the Portal
Through the portal, you will be able to:
- View and request updates to company information we hold on file (e.g. contact details, VAT numbers, tax numbers).
- Review all employee and mailing contacts we have stored for your company.
- Access, view, and download scanned mail received at the Chamber – each item dated and time-stamped for your records.
- Check your Virtual Office call log (for companies using our call service).
This system ensures transparency, accuracy, and convenient access to your information whenever you need it.
Setting Up Your Account
Currently, we are only inviting the primary contact for each company to register on the portal. You can share the portal link with any colleagues you believe should have access to this information. The link was sent in our previous mailing regarding the portal, so please check your inbox and spam folder. If you believe you should have access but do not have the link for any reason, please contact us at office@blcc.co.uk.
To set up your account:
- Click the link found in your inbox to access the portal.
- Enter your email address to create an account*. (Only emails already in your company profile will be recognised. Please contact us if you need your details added.)
- Follow the prompts to set your password.
- You will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) via email (please check your inbox and junk/spam folder).
- Enter the OTP to log in and view your company details.
*If you manage more than one company, your single login will provide access to all linked profiles.
If you notice any incorrect, outdated, or unnecessary information, simply click the “Request a Change” button within the portal and let us know. We will update our records promptly.
