For our members, we have created a bespoke online portal designed to make managing your company’s information with the Chamber simple, secure, and transparent. The portal gives you direct access to the details we hold for your business, including scanned mail, contact records, and more.
What You Can Do in the Portal
Through the portal, you will be able to:
- View and request updates to company information we hold on file (e.g. contact details, VAT numbers, tax numbers).
- Review all employee and mailing contacts we have stored for your company.
- Access, view, and download scanned mail received at the Chamber – each item dated and time-stamped for your records.
- Check your Virtual Office call log (for companies using our call service).
This system ensures transparency, accuracy, and convenient access to your information whenever you need it.
