25 Years of the Golden Bridge Awards

Last month, the BLCC proudly hosted the 25th edition of the Golden Bridge Trade & Investment Awards, marking a major milestone in celebrating business excellence between Belgium, Luxembourg, and the United Kingdom. This special edition not only recognised this year’s outstanding achievements, but also reflected on 25 years of strengthening cross-border trade and investment.

A Night to Remember

Held on 5 February 2026, the evening welcomed 250 distinguished guests to the prestigious BLCC Clubhouse Ballroom at 8 Northumberland Avenue. Blending classic Victorian elegance with cutting-edge technology, the venue provided a striking setting for an evening of celebration, recognition, and high-level networking, with its grand interiors offering the perfect backdrop for this milestone occasion.

Guests enjoyed a luxurious three-course dinner as the evening unfolded, complemented by live entertainment that brought energy and vibrancy to the room. The band set the tone for the night with a dynamic performance, creating a lively and celebratory atmosphere throughout.

Bringing together leaders from business, diplomacy, and industry, the evening provided a valuable opportunity to connect, celebrate achievements, and strengthen relationships across the BLCC network.

Honouring This Year’s Winners

The awards themselves were the highlight of the evening, showcasing a strong cohort of finalists whose work reflects innovation, resilience, and international ambition. This year’s finalists included Carbon Alt Delete, DEME Group, Liberius, Perlego, Sarens, Smet Staircases, and Spice Services, each demonstrating the strength and diversity of the Belgian-Luxembourg business community in the UK.

Across the five core award categories, this year’s winners exemplified excellence in international trade and investment. Port of Antwerp-Bruges received the Innovate and Elevate Award for its leadership in global trade and commitment to sustainability. Pallite Group took home the Environmental Excellence Award for its dedication to sustainable operations, while Classis Carpets was awarded the International Growth & Investment Award for its contribution to cross-border trade. PAGS earned the Social Impact Award for its innovative work supporting neurodiverse learners, and Fanfinity was named Rising Star, highlighting its impressive growth and expanding presence in the gaming events industry.

In recognition of this milestone 25th edition, two special awards were also presented to previous Golden Bridge winners. The 25th Golden Bridge Awards was a truly special occasion, celebrating not only this year’s exceptional winners but also the legacy of the awards over the past quarter-century. It was a fantastic evening for all involved, and we are already looking ahead to how we can make next year’s edition even more memorable.
