Booking the Work Lounge
The Work Lounge features a booking system designed to give members an easy way to book and view the workspace in advance. All bookings are managed through our online booking system, Skedda.
What is Skedda?
Skedda is the online platform that runs all Work Lounge bookings. Through it, Club Members can reserve a dedicated desk, book a meeting room, or reserve a private pod with ease.
Once onboarded and registered, Club Members can log in at any time to see what's available and reserve their space. Booking the meeting room or pods can also be done by all other member types through this.
How to Book

Sign in to the BLCC booking system.
Select your desired date and preferred time.
View the calendar for available spaces.
Pick your workspace and the length.
Confirm your booking then you're all set.
Three types of space are available through Skedda with Club Members easily being able to book and reserve all spaces, including coworking desks. All BLCC members can access Skedda to book the meeting room.

The Work Lounge is exclusively available to BLCC Club Members. It is designed as a professional space for members to work, meet clients, and connect while in London.
All workspace and meeting room bookings are managed through our online booking system, Skedda. Club Members can easily reserve desks, meeting rooms, or pods in advance, ensuring availability before arriving.
The Work Lounge is open Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Club Membership is available to Belgian and Luxembourgish companies, as well as businesses with direct links to Belgium and Luxembourg. It is ideal for organisations that regularly travel to London or have UK-based staff who need a central, professional space to work, network, and meet clients.
The Work Lounge is primarily reserved for Club Members. However, non-members may attend as guests for meetings or events when hosted by a member. If you are interested in accessing the space individually, please contact us to discuss your options.
The Work Lounge is conveniently located just one stop from King’s Cross St Pancras (Eurostar) via the Northern Line, offering excellent national and international connections. This central location makes the Work Lounge quick and convenient to access for both short visits and full working days.
